BYOND’s Fun Zone Productions.

As much as it looks organized and everything, some things about the way they seem to act puzzle me. I work for and help manage a Production team for Pokemon games only called “KiddyBlock Productions”. Now at KiddyBlock Productions we for the most part got everyone on the same pace(Only three of us, but for the most part we can be multi-handling with objectives), so there is no need to request anymore assistance truthfully.
While surfing the BYOND Anime forums which I tend to do allot now a days it seems I found the newly posted request for a new pixel artist for Fun Zone Productions. It looked all well until I saw a couple things.
Now the couple things are in one section so let me just tell these people what I really think, and in a kind and rational way.
team work is emphasized and we carry out all our projects without straying or slowing down if you begin to slow us down or do not complete your projects without a sensible reason [saying "lmao i was bored so i watch some cartoons" will get you fired] your name will be placed in the credits and we will let you go
- If team work in your productions team is “Emphasized” then you should be a team player and help out someone falling behind or struggling in your group.
- If they get bored and decide to watch a cartoon that is there choice. More to life then the internet.
- You can go through all those kind of pixel artists for those games but I can guarantee you won’t find people totally active and able to put a massive deal of time into things of that nature.
- Moving their name to credits won’t change a thing. If they leave and decide to take their work with them? They can. If you use it? Tough luck, you’ve now used un-permissive art and stole it without original artist’s consent.
- Working on FIVE games is a tad excessive at once even for a productions team. Might I suggest one or two games, and brain storm for others when you get a neat idea for it.
I really am sorry for going off at you guys like this but it does seem a bit much. You sound like you have such high expectations for people when you’re not even paying for services, dears.
