Untraceable Review.

Excellent Movie!
I decided to, out of being bored, rent another movie on Pay-Per-View. And I looked at the preview for the movie “Untraceable” and decided it might be interesting. The movie plays as a site that the more views it gets, the more a machine of some sort does something that slowly kills the victim. The more views? The quicker the death.
First glance to the movie and I thought it was a little bit sickening how you see the deaths but I guess that was the main idea behind it, sorta. The death scenes were well thought up, and so was the background story really. There was some little connection love scenes which I liked(Girly side of me, sorry) and then some that were way to predictable.
The thoughts behind making a website that does this was amazing, how they went through and described how it was done so that the FBI could not trace it, was also good. They explained it in the screenplay really well, especially for those who aren’t familiar with the computer stuff to. So I think that was a key role in this type of cyber-space movie.
Between the story, the action, and the somewhat predictable moments, I will say this is a good “Must See” film for a 21st Century outlook.
P.S,
I tried really hard not to give away ANY key points, or spoilers, in the movie. If I did, sorry.
